Terms & Conditions for SaaS (Software as a Service)
1. Subscription and Access / Shipping and Delivery
1.1. Upon successful payment, you will be granted access to the CredPro SaaS platform under a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license for the duration of your chosen subscription plan. Please note that there will be no physical delivery of the software.
1.2. Access credentials (username and password) are confidential and must not be shared with unauthorized users.
1.3. The SaaS version is hosted by AadiSwan and accessed via the designated URL which will be in the format (unique to each bank): https://xyzbank.credprosaas.aadiswan.com
2. Trial Period (if applicable)
2.1. A free trial period may be offered at AadiSwan’s discretion.
2.2. Trial accounts will automatically expire on the specified date unless upgraded to a paid plan.
2.3. AadiSwan reserves the right to suspend or terminate trial access at any time without notice.
3. Fees and Payments
3.1. Subscription fees are payable in advance, as per the selected plan.
3.2. All fees shown on Pricing page are exclusive of applicable taxes. The taxes shall be included while making the payment and the same shall be borne by the Customer.
3.3. Failure to pay within the due date may result in suspension or termination of access.
4. Cancellation and Refund
4.1. No refunds are offered for partial use or unused periods of the subscription.
4.2. You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, no refunds will be issued for the remaining subscription period.
4.3. If you cancel before your trial ends, your account will not be charged.
5. Data Ownership and Security
5.1. All data entered or uploaded by you remains your property.
5.2. AadiSwan implements commercially reasonable security measures to protect your data but does not guarantee against data loss or breaches.
5.3. It is your responsibility to maintain copies of your data.
6. Acceptable Use
6.1. You agree not to use the platform for any unintended, unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
6.2. Misuse of the system, including unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or reselling, is strictly prohibited.
7. Support and Maintenance
7.1. Technical support is available via email at credprosaas.support@aadiswan.com during regular business hours (Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM IST).
7.2. Scheduled maintenance or updates may temporarily interrupt access; reasonable efforts will be made to notify you in advance.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. AadiSwan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use CredPro SaaS.
8.2. Our total liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.
9. Termination
9.1. AadiSwan reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms or misuse of the platform.
9.2. Upon termination, your access will be revoked, and your data will be retained for 30 days, after which it may be deleted.
10. Modifications
10.1. AadiSwan may update these Terms from time to time.
10.2. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
